Agave Nectar denim

Founded in 2002 by industry veteran Jeff Shafer, Agave has become recognized for its luxury, quality denim designs for men and women. The premium brand was originally designed for men 25-45 years old in mind. Today Agave has expanded to include selvage denim, luxury fine gauge and Supima cotton jersey knits, non-denim jeans, casual pants and more recently a denim collection for women; Agave Nectar. From the beginning Shafer identified a void in the market for jeans designed to appeal to customers who wanted authentic, great fitting jeans they could wear anywhere, that would be youthful and contemporary without being over-styled. Agave uses only the finest Japanese, Italian and USA-made Supima cotton denim fabrics every season. The designer often works with boutique mills to develop fabrics exclusive to Agave. All jeans are cut, sewn and hand-finished in California.

Pegah Anvarian Joins Three Dots as Creative Director

Pegah Anvarian, best-know for her eponymous women’s fashion collection favored by starlets such as Charlize Theron, Jennifer Lopez and Nicole Richie, has joined
Three Dots as the new Creative Director, effective immediately. Her first collection will debut at Coterie in New York for Fall 09.
